Really, this is a tradition in more than one family and since the lovely and talented duo of Stephen and Shawna are professional piñata makers, how could this not be a highlight?
12 of the 17 grandchildren participated.
Gwendolyn really whacked at that thing, even though it was a beautiful, sparkling unicorn. 
I think Linus was pretty confused by the whole thing and gave it a few half-hearted hits. 
Linus watched the candy diving from the sidelines, but got some extra candy from his sweet older cousin, Adam.
